On Friday morning, we boarded our armored bus and left for Bet El, for a quick tour of the yishuv, with stops at the Arutz-7 radio and internet studios and the Bet El Tephilin factory. We had lunch at the Regional Army Base HQ. Shabbat was spent in Yerushalayim, with our own minyan Friday night at the Kotel. On Motzoei Shabbat, we went to the Inbal for a concert by Chaim Dovid, and did some shopping on Ben Yehuda.

Friday Lunch at the army base adjacent to Bet El, in the IDF Regimental HQ (Shomron region) lunch hall. The lunch, as all lunches in the army, is fleishig (meat).
