Acrobat Viewer Tips
Acrobat documents are commonly displayed at less than actual size. Although the document will print perfectly even when displayed such, it will typically not be very accomodating to online viewing. It is, therefore, possible to enlarge the image on your screen so as to allow for more convenient online viewing.
Below is a list of a few of the basic buttons you can use to manipulate Acrobat documents within the Acrobat Reader:
To scroll the image up/down/right/left, you can use the scroll
bars to the right and/or bottom of the document. Alternatively, you can utilize the Hand Tool by clicking on the
"Hand" button. Bring the hand over the document you wish to view, keep your left mouse button depressed
and move your mouse to scroll the image.
Use the Magnifying Glass Tool to increase the size of the image
for easier online viewing. Click on the Magnifying Glass button, bring it over your document and right click your
mouse to increase the document size. Every mouse click will increase the display by 25%.
Use the Printer button to print the document.
