The Adult Education Committee of Cong. Rinat Yisrael, as part of the 12th Annual UJA of NNJ Israel Film and Cultural Festival, is proud to present:
Faces of Israel: A Discussion About Marriage, State, and Religion in the Jewish Homeland
The film poses a series of questions on hot topics surrounding what it means to live in both a Jewish and democratic state. It answers these questions through interviews with Israelis, ranging from secular university students, to leaders in the Conservative movement, to Ultra-Orthodox Jews, including exclusive footage with Israel’s Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi.
Sunday, February 21 at 7:30 PM at Rinat Yisrael
Discussion following the film with Rabbi Seth Farber of the ITIM Institute (featured in the film.)
Admission: $8.00
