The expansion of the number and diversity of seforim available in the Rinat Beit Midrash has been greatly enhanced its utility as place for Rinat members and their children to learn Torah.

Recently, through donations by members, the Beit Midrash has obtained hundreds of new seforim including many meforshim on chumash, tanach, halacha and gemara.

Rabbi Adler's shiurim:
Due to the NORPAC trip to Washington, Rabbi Adler's Wednesday Chumash shiur and Women's Mishna Shiur will not take place this week.


Rabbi Krohn's shiurim:
In deference to the Yom Yerushalayim program tonight, Rabbi Krohn's Halacha L'Maaseh shiur will not take place tonight and is RESCHEDULED to June 11.

Come join Reva Judas, bereavement counselor and founder of Nechamacomfort, and Shoshana Samuels, Yoetzet Halacha, for a workshop dedicated to the difficult reality of infant and pregnancy loss. This shiur and workshop will focus on how to support those who experience a loss, לא עלינו, a lesson especially pertinent for the inter-personal character improvement we work on during sefirat haomer.

Sunday, May 5, at 8:00 pm in the Rinat Beit Midrash. Open to men and women.

The Board recently approved the 2013 Nominating Committee comprised of Dov Wiener, Ranon Mann, and Barbara Hochman. The Committee is charged with preparing the 2013-2014 slate of candidates for the Board of Trustees (maximum of 20 individuals) to be elected by the Membership.

Reminder - Annual Yom Hashoa Program tonight

The Jewish Community Council of Greater Teaneck invites you to the Annual Yom Hashoa Commemoration tonight,
Monday, April 8 at 7:30pm at Teaneck High School.

This year’s program will feature partisan fighter Moshe Baran, who fought with the resistance for three years. After the war, he married Malka, also a survivor, in Israel, and in 1954 moved to the US. He currently resides in Pittsburgh and travels around the US speaking about the holocaust.  All are welcome.
