Rinat: Mishloach Manot Campaign - Deadline Rapidly Approaching!

Dear Member,

Believe it or not, Purim is fast approaching! Nerot will be coordinating communal Mishloach Manot for the shul. Nerot’s Mishloach Manot Campaign is a vital annual fundraiser for Rinat. Once again, we will be using Rinat’s own web site at www.rinat.org/mishloachmanot for processing orders. You just need to log in to your account to place your order.

The cost per family selected is $3, or only $275 to send to the entire membership. Payment will be processed online via credit card. Bill to account is not an available option for this campaign. To make other payment arrangements or if you are unable to complete your order online, please email mishloachmanot@rinat.org or call Sarah Leah Erlichman at 201-357-5071.

If you placed an order last year, the names of the families you previously gave to will be identified. If you sent to the entire list last year, this will be shown. You have the option to customize your greeting in the family listing. Your greeting can include English and/or Hebrew characters. Kindly follow the instructions on the web site to complete your order.

All full members in the Teaneck/Bergenfield area will be able to PICKUP their basket, as well as affiliates who participate in this fundraiser. Baskets will not be delivered this year. Members living outside of Teaneck/Bergenfield and non-participating members will receive a scroll via e-mail.

Soon after the first deadline (Thursday February 16 at 9:00pm) passes, you will receive an email offering you the opportunity to reciprocate to those who sent to you who you did not include in your initial order. You will have the option to include these individuals selectively during the reciprocation phase. You will not be able to add new families during the reciprocation phase.

We need volunteers for packing the packages. There is a checkbox at the end of the ordering form where you can sign up to volunteer. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Due to the extensive preparation required to coordinate this project, the initial orders must be received by Thursday February 16 at 9:00pm. You will then have one week to reciprocate during the second phase. Reciprocal selections must be made by Sunday February 26 at 9:00pm. Please be mindful to observe this firm deadline.
