We regret to inform you of the passing of 
Phyllis Eisenman z"l
former Rinat member and former member of the Chevra Kadisha.

Funeral services took place on Sunday, October 12.

Shiva will be observed at 100 Lydecker Street, Englewood, beginning on Thursday, October 16 through Tuesday morning, October 21.

The family requests no visits please between 12:00 - 1:30 pm, 5.00 - 6.00 pm or after 9:30 pm.

Mincha/Maariv – Sunday and Monday 5.55pm

There will be NO Shacharis Monday morning, as previously announced.
