Dear Member,
Believe it or not, Purim is fast approaching! Nerot will be coordinating communal Mishloach Manot for the shul. Nerot’s Mishloach Manot Campaign is a vital annual fundraiser for Rinat. Once again, we will be using Rinat’s own website at www.rinat.org/mishloachmanot for processing orders. You just need to log in to your account to place your order.

The cost per family selected is $3, or only $325 to send to the entire membership. Payment will be processed online via credit card or e-check. Bill to account is not an available option for this campaign. To make other payment arrangements or if you are unable to complete your order online, please email mishloachmanot@rinat.org or call Felicia Grossman at (201) 694-4142. 

If you placed an order last year, the names of the families you previously gave to will be identified. If you sent to the entire list last year, this will be shown. You have the option to customize your greeting in the family listing.  Kindly follow the instructions on the website to complete your order.

All full members in the Teaneck/Bergenfield area will receive a delivery of their basket. Members living outside of Teaneck/Bergenfield will receive a scroll via e-mail.

Soon after the first deadline (Thursday, February 4th at 9pm) passes, you will receive an email offering you the opportunity to reciprocate to those who sent to you, but whom you did not include in your initial order. You will have the option to include these individuals selectively during the reciprocation phase. We will not be able to add new families during the reciprocation phase. You will need to make an intial purchase in order to reciprocate.

We will need volunteers to deliver the packages. There is a checkbox at the end of the ordering form where you can sign up to volunteer. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Due to the extensive preparation required to coordinate this project, the initial orders must be received by Thursday, February 4th at 9pm. You will then have 10 days to reciprocate during the second phase. Reciprocal selections must be made by Sunday, February 14th at 9pm. Please be mindful to observe this firm deadline.
