Given the January weather - with the approval of Rabbi Adler - davening for the outdoor Shabbat shacharit minyan will begin at Nishmat for the foreseeable future. The minyan may also employ a heichi kedusha in order to move the tefilla along, though that decision will be made each Shabbat morning depending on the prevailing weather conditions. Leining will proceed efficiently, as usual, as long as there is no precipitation. Understandably, the sefer Torah must return to the building at even the slightest hint of precipitation.
If you or your guests have traveled outside the tristate area for more than 24 hours, please wait 10 days before returning to shul.
