Friday, October 29th, after the Main Minyan. Junior Congregation Dinner. $15 per child. Click here to reserve a spot. Please email with specific dietary needs or restrictions. All children will be walked home after the meal. Located in the Tent.

Shabbat, October 30th. Chag Hasemikhah. Shabbat morning drasha speakers include Rabbi Assaf Bednarsh at the 7am and 9am Minyanim, Rabbi Shai Berman at the 8:30am Beit Midrash Minyan and Rabbi Shua Katz at the 8:30am Outdoor Minyan. The afternoon Shiur will be given by Rabbi Menachem Penner, following Mincha at 5:20pm.

Shabbat, October 30th, 9am until the conclusion of the 9am minyan. Drop off and pick up in front of shul. Between 9:15am-10:15am, children will be escorted to Whittier park and supervised by our group leaders. Questions? E-mail youth@rinat.org. N/PK– 6th grade groups. Davening, Parsha, games, with prepackaged snacks to go!  All children will need to wear a mask.

Shabbat, October 30th, Between Mincha and Maariv. Junior High Mishna Shiur with Avi Katz. The class will study the Mishnayot of Masechet Makkot. All vaccinated junior high school students, both girls and boys, are invited to attend. Students are required to wear masks. Located in the Beit Midrash back room.

Shabbat, October 30th, 5:55pm. Children's Parsha Shiur with Rabbi Wiener, for 3rd to 5th graders. Students are required to wear masks. Located in Classroom D/E.

Motzei Shabbat, October 30th, 7- 8:15pm. Bar Mitzvah Program 2021. (Class dates are: 10/30, 11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/18, 1/8, 1/15 and 1/22.) The first in a series of classes with Rabbi Strauchler for young men in the 7th grade to help prepare them for their Bar Mitzvah with group discussions with study of Hilchot Tefillin, group discussions, Q & A, Chessed and other activities. Sunday, October 31st, 2pm. Rinat Social Action Committee Mitzvah Snack Packing. Members of all ages are invited to a Snack Packing Event for the Center for Food Action in Englewood. They will be assembling healthy weekend snack packs for local children who depend on school lunches and are left without adequate nutrition on weekends and holiday breaks. With many local families devastated by storm Ida, the snack packs are more important than ever. Located in the tent. Wednesday, November 3rd, 7:40- 8:40pm. Rabbi Wiener's Shiurim Program. Rabbi Wiener will be leading two chaburot every Wednesday evening.
The first, covering topics from the classical works of mussar, Chovot Halevavot and Mesilat Yesharim, will meet from 7:40pm-8pm.
The second, a Daf Yomi Be'iyun chabura, will meet from 8- 8:40pm. Both shiurim are located in the Beit Midrash.
