Shiva Information

We regret to inform you of the passing of
Chaim Fortgang,
beloved father of our members,
Chanie Kohn and Leyla Posner.

The levaya will take place on 
Tuesday, October 12, graveside, at 11:00am at
New Montefiore Cemetery
1180 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY.
Those attending should meet first at the administrative office parking area,
and then follow the hearse to the gravesite.

from Tuesday afternoon through Monday morning, October 18.
