Shiva Information

We regret to inform you of the passing of
Manny Polak,
beloved father of our affiliate member,
Israel (Tuly) Polak.


Shiva will be at the home of Mrs. Helena Polak, 8 Laurie Lane, Monsey through Wednesday evening.

Tuly and Mrs. Helena Polak will continue shiva at the home of Nechama and Tuly Polak, 604 Berwick Ave, Teaneck, beginning Thursday morning, November 11th through Sunday morning, November 14th.

Shacharit  Thursday, 11/11 and Friday, 11/12 7:15am
Shacharit  Sunday, 11/14 8am
Please note Shacharit minyan will be slow paced.

Mincha/Maariv Thursday, 11/11 4:30pm

The family requests no visitors during these hours
12:30pm-1:30pm

After 10pm
