We regret to inform you of the passing of 
Mr. Jerry Siegal,
beloved father of our member,
Tammy Malek.

The levaya and kevura will take place on Friday, November 26, at 11:00am at
Beth Moses Cemetery in Long Island, NY.

Tammy will sit shiva from Motzaei Shabbat through Wednesday night
at 25 Mountain Avenue, Monsey, NY.
Shiva hours are 8:00am-12:00pm, 1:30-3:30pm, and 7:30-8:30pm.
