We regret to inform you of the passing of Rabbi Yitzchak Sladowsky z"l beloved father of our members Debbie Horowitz and Rachel Antosofsky. 

The levaya will take place at 11:00 AM on Monday February 19 at Congregation Shaaray Tefila, 25 Central Avenue, Lawrence, NY.

Kevurah will be in Israel, on Tuesday, February 20th at Eretz Hachaim, Beit Shemesh, approximately 90 minutes after  Elal flight 002 landing at 10:20am.
