Shiva Information

We regret to inform you of the passing of HaRav Elazar Mayer Teitz z"l, Rav Ha'Ir of Elizabeth, NJ, the brother of our member Elli Teitz Goldstein.  The levaya will take place in Yerushalayim at Shamgar at 7 PM Israel time (noon EST), with kevurah to follow on Har HaZeisim.  

Elli and her sisters Dr. Rivkah Blau and Abbie Rabin will sit shiva at the Goldstein home, 408 Edgewood Avenue in Teaneck, from Sunday afternoon through Friday afternoon at 2:00 PM. 

Rebbetzin Elisheva Teitz and her children, and Elli's sister Shulamith Ebner, will sit shiva in Yerushalayim at Kikar Magnes 7.

Shiva hours in Teaneck are from 9:00 AM-10:00 PM.  

There will be no minyanim at the shiva house in Teaneck.
