We regret to inform you of the passing of Rabbi Dr. Jason Jacobowitz,
 
Beloved father of our member Dr. Yitzy Jacobowitz
 
The funeral will take place 2:00pm today, Monday, Februrary 5 at Young Israel of Hillcrest, 169-07 Jewel Avenue, Flushing NY 11365.

Kevurah will take place in Eretz HaChaim Cemetery in Beit Shemesh, Tuesday February 6 approximately 2:00pm.
 
Shiva will begin at Rechov ben Azai 11, in Baka, Jerusalem.
 
Yitzy will be returning to U.S. on Thursday.  Details of the shiva to follow.
