Starting Shabbat Parshat Pinchas, July 7, Shabbat pre-mincha shiurim will begin an hour and a quarter before Mincha instead of an hour. This will allow speakers to complete their shiurim and still have time for questions. As a result, early mincha will be 15 minutes earlier.
