We invite you to participate at our 2020 Pre Yom Tov Boutique which will be held Wednesday, September 23rd.

To reserve your space in additional to our online form, please complete the form by Wednesday, September 16th.

We will make every effort to accommodate your requests submitted in your form and will contact you prior to the event if we are unable to meet your needs. Contact us at nerot@rinat.org with any questions or concerns.

BOUTIQUE POLICIES

The Vendor agreement must be completed in full with detailed information on all merchandise to be sold.

Hours

• The Pre-Yom Tov Boutique will be open to the public on Wednesday, September 23rd at 6pm.
• Setup begins at 5pm.
• Breakdown begins no earlier than 9pm
• Vendors are required to conduct business for the entire duration of the boutique and be present during setup and breakdown. Early breakdown is NOT permitted and will result in a penalty of $100 for each 30 minute period that an early breakdown occurs.

Merchandise

• Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise. Rinat is not liable for loss or damage to vendor goods.
• There are no brand exclusives. Duplication of merchandise may occur, but any such related concerns may be reported to Nerot for follow-up.
• If you offer custom or special orders during the event, you must have clearly outlined the expected delivery time to the customer.
• A Vendor’s table location is not guaranteed from year to year and is subject to change.

 Exchanges and Returns

• During Boutique hours, Rinat will permit exchanges or returns after advising the Vendor and the Vendor understands that the transaction may result in a refund. After the Boutique ends, the Vendor and Buyer must resolve returns, exchanges or disputes directly with one another.

Payment

Payment for merchandise must be made directly to Nerot and the Vendor may never accept payment directly from a customer or Vendor will not be invited to participate in future Rinat events. As the event is a fundraiser for Congregation Rinat Yisrael, Rinat requires a 12% give back of the vendor’s gross sales. Only the portion of payment retained by the Rinat as a gift (12% of gross sales) is allowable as a tax deduction. Final vendor payment will be made approximately 1-2 weeks after the boutique.

Cancellation

Each Vendor agrees to notify Nerot no later than 48 hours before the start of the Boutique if he/she cannot attend. Rental fees will not be refunded.

Parking Policy

Parking: You or your workers must obey all posted parking regulations on the streets near and around Rinat (including, without limitation, no parking in front of the fire hydrant in front of Rinat, in front of the neighbors’ driveways or in any way that violates other parking restrictions).

Returning Vendors

Nerot reserves the right to evaluate each vendor after the completion of a Boutique.

Your invitation to return is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, revenue and merchandise. Return invitations are not guaranteed.

Indemnity and Release:

Rinat shall have no obligation to you other than to make available the applicable portions of the building as set forth in this agreement. Rinat makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to the building or your intended use thereof.  Rinat does not and will not supply or provide security services for or during your rental, and you acknowledge and agree that Rinat shall have no liability for any bodily injury, death of any person or damage to any personal property caused by any third party during or in connection with your rental of Rinat’s facility.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rinat and its officers, members, employees and agents (collectively the “Rinat Parties”), from and against any and all losses, liabilities, obligations, damages, penalties, claims, costs, charges and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the Rinat Parties, in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property, arising out of or relating to any act, conduct or omission of vendor and their workers (including all persons or entities providing services at the boutique, whether or not pursuant to written contract), in connection with or arising out of your use of Rinat in connection with the even described in this Agreement.

You agree that the Rinat Parties shall not be liable for any damage or injury (including, without limitation, property damage and bodily injury) which may be sustained by you or any person claiming under or through you, as a consequence of the failure, breakage, leakage or obstruction, of the water, plumbing, gas, sewer, electric ventilating, heating, air conditioning, sprinkler or other systems, or the roof, drains, leaders or gutters; or by reason of the elements; or resulting from the acts, conduct or omissions on the part of the Renter or its guests, invitees, employees, agents or contractors or on the part of any caterer or service provider engaged by you to supply food or services at Rinat.
