COVID-19 Vaccine Update

12-15 year olds are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine!

12-15 year olds can receive the Pfizer vaccine at both our Paramus Vaccination Center, located at 599 Valley Health Plaza in Paramus, and at our Wellness & Walk-In Care Center, located at Garden State Plaza. Appointments are encouraged and can be scheduled online by visiting www.ValleyHealth.com/Vaccine.

All vaccine recipients must show proof of age (birth certificate), and 12-15 year olds should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. As a reminder, all vaccine recipients must live, work or go to school in New Jersey.

Our Paramus Vaccination Center is open Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (closed from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.), and Saturdays from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Our Garden State Plaza Wellness & Walk-In Care Center, located on Level 1 across from Aroma Espresso Bar, is open Monday – Saturday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
