Memorial Day 2019 at Rinat- we welcomed Dr. Shana Posy who gave an inspiring shiur on Ruth and how she shaped King David

On Shabbat and Sunday we welcomed Alex and Lynn Kaye who gave a series of shiurim.
During Purim, we offered several megillah readings including our first women’s megillah reading in our Beit Midrash with 225+ congregants and women from the community in attendance.

Nearly 100 congregants and members of the community joined D.C. Comic’s editor, Jordan B Gorfinkel for a Pesach Cartoon Workshop.

75 congregants attended Rabbi Yehuda Susman’s Sunday Shiur on “Alexa, Can I Use You On Shabbat”

Last Motzei Shabbat, Rinat’s Nerot committee welcomed over 75 guests to their Movie, Wine and Cheese evening featuring a presentation of 93Queen.

On Sunday morning, Rabbi Leibtag presented a lecture on “The Exodus, According to Sefer Tehillim - An Alternate Tradition, or a Biblical Commentary?”

On Sunday evening, Rinat collaborated with Federation and 9 other Teaneck shuls as 450+ members of the community attended the 2^nd Annual MLK Jr. Lecture with the Attorney General of NJ, Gurbir Grewal.

On Shabbat we welcomed Dr. Adam Ferziger from Bar Ilan university.  He presented to over 250 members of our community.

On our day of learning - 12/25

• Rabbi Wolf was joined by 35 congregants as he discussed the topic “Get Zikkui” Effecting a divorce in the Husband’s Place”

• Amitai Ben Dovid welcomed over 125 members of the Teaneck community with a hands on demonstration understanding the halachos of shechita.

• There was standing room only, as 450+ members of our community welcomed Judge Rachel Freier, the first Hasidic woman to hold public office in United States history.
• Ben Porat Yosef’s 50+ sixth and seventh graders joined us for their Shabbaton.
• Gabi Harow of Regavim shared fascinating stories of some of their activities and the passion he has for his work.
• New Jersey Blood Services held a drive where 28 people presented to donate.  
• Friendship Circle held a training session for 25+ teenagers.
